Returns and Refund Policy

  • Any returns must be logged with us, within 7 days of the item being bought or delivered, whichever is later.
  • Returns must be logged in writing to email address – Please clearly state the issue and we will advise the plan to rectify the situation.
  • You may need to provide your purchase order number if required.
  • The item must be in a re-sellable condition except in the case of damaged or faulty items.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • In the event of dog and cat food being returned due to any accepted reason within the food companies 100% money back guarantee, it must either be returned in person to the Village Vetshop or we can collect for an additional delivery fee of R45.
  • For any other purchase/delivery errors or reasons to return an item, please email us and we will endeavour to exchange or refund you where possible. Each case will be dealt with individually and depending on the circumstances you may be liable for further delivery or handling charges.
  • We will endeavour to process any refunds within 5 days of the goods being returned as per the above stipulations.
